Baby DermaMed's Baby Lotion deeply moisturizes and nourishes newborn's or children's delicate skin after a bath or shower. Calendula gives moisture to baby's tender skin. Baby lotion is also ideal for baby massage. Made in Canada.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable Glycerin: a sweet, syrupy alcohol naturally derived from vegetable oils. Used as a humectant, emollient, and lubricant.
Carbomer(wood fiber): Used as a thickener.
Xanthan Gum: (rom cabbage plants) a stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions.
Glyerine: gives emollient properties.
Cetyl Alcohol: is a nonionic surfactant used as hair coating or (from coconut) emollient and emulsifier
Shea Butter: Shea Butter is an exceptional moisturizer and protects the skin against the environment. An aromatic extract that contains astringing, restoring, relaxing, and disinfecting properties.
Steric Acid: (from vegetable fatty acids) soothes & softens, emulsifier.
Glyceryl Monostearate: (from vegetable) made from stearic acid and glycerin, this product will provide stable emulsions, without the greasiness.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride: emollient that softens skin because of its quick skin penetration.
Dimethicone: forms a smooth highly water resistant, breathable, protective barrier without a negative tacky feel and imparts good adhesion of active ingredients while facilitating the spreading of formulation ingredients.
Calendula Oil: Calendula has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties and stimulates cellular regeneration of healthy skin.
Jojoba Oil: Jojoba Oil enriches and moisturizes skin and helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Sweet Almond Oil: used to relieve skin itch and dryness. All skin types can benefit from this essential oil because of the high content of mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, and naturally occurring Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and Vitamin E. Also used to soften and moisturize skin.
Green Tea Extract: is a potent extract used primarily for fighting free radicals. Green tea extract contains potent antioxidants which are intimately involved in the prevention of cellular damage.
Application:
Apply evenly after bath or as necessary.
