Description
 



The Marsupi Baby Carrier has an ergonomic soft structure carrier for an anatomically correct "frog" position of your baby! It goes on quickly with no rings, tying or buckles to adjust making it easy to use for everyone.

The Marsupi can be used from birth up to approximately 20kg (45 lbs).

Consider bust size and type of clothing when choosing a size. If you plan on wearing the Marsupi over outer wear or thick clothing choose a size with longer shoulder straps. For safety reasons an overlap of 5 inches (12 cm) of the Velcro must be provided and considered in the sizes!

How to use:

Front Carry:
  1. Fit waist belt tightly around waist, Velcro free side of the carrier facing you. Place baby on your chest, carrier between his legs.

  2. Hold the baby with one hand, put a shoulder strap over your shoulder with the other.

  3. Switch hands. Grab the shoulder strap, pull and attach it tightly to the carrier.

  4. Proceed the same way with the other shoulder strap.The straps should cross each other on your back.

  5. Baby should be snug against your body and sit comfortably. If necessary readjust straps.

  6. If your baby is not able to hold his head on his own yet or is sleeping, you should add support by fastening the headrest to the shoulder straps.
Instructions

Back Carry:
  1. Fit waist belt tightly around waist, Velcro free side of the carrier facing your back.

  2. With the help of another person place the baby on your back, carrier between his legs.

  3. Hold the baby with one hand, pull a shoulder strap over your shoulder and cross it over your chest and with assitance have the other person attach the velcro tightly to the carrier.

  4. Proceed the same way with the other shoulder strap.The straps should cross each other on your chest.

  5. Baby should be able to rest his head on your upper back, be snug against your body and sit comfortably. If necessary readjust straps.

  6. If your baby is not able to hold his head on his own yet you should not carry your baby on your back.
Instructions

Side Carry:
  1. Fit waist belt tightly around waist, Velcro free side of the carrier facing your side. Place baby on your hip, carrier between his legs.

  2. Hold the baby with one hand, put the front shoulder strap over your opposite shoulder.

  3. Switch hands. Grab the shoulder strap, pull and attach it tightly to the carrier.

  4. Grab the other shoulder strap leading under your arm around your back and attach tightly to the carrier.

  5. Baby should be snug against your body and sit comfortably. If necessary readjust straps.

  6. If your baby is not able to hold his head on his own yet you should not carry your baby on your side.
Instructions

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Fasten Velcro before washing
  • Wash by hand or on the gentle cycle in a washing machine
  • Use the same detergent you use for your baby's clothes
  • Do not Iron Velcro
 
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
  • Velcro must be clean and overlap at least 12 cm (5 inches)
  • Never open waist belt with baby in carrier. To adjust belt, secure the baby first.
  • Never cook or to do sports while wearing your baby in the carrier.
  • Carrier is not intended to be used over 20 kg (45 lbs).
  • Take time to get adjusted to your new size when carrying your baby. You will not be as mobile as on your own.
